This Cookie Policy is provided as a general template describing how pharcel uses cookies and similar technologies on pharcel.ai. Where you are a contracted customer, the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) govern and control over anything in this document.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help a site function, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. “Similar technologies” include local storage, pixels, and SDKs that serve comparable purposes. This policy covers all of them.
2. Types We Use
We group cookies into three categories. Only Essential cookies are strictly necessary and always active. Analytics and Preference cookies are non-essential and are set only after you opt in through our cookie banner or settings.

Non-essential cookies (Analytics and Preference) are opt-in and are never set before you provide consent.
